Most of the vineyards around Saint Roman supply their grape harvest to the cellars Jaillance in Die, and the Carod cellars in Vercheny.

In Saint Roman, we are fortunate to have two independant vineyards which offer their own production of wines and Clairettes, with other nuances and characters.Wines from the Rhone region Clairette de Die, and AOC Chardonnay
